Boston University Native American Student Association is a group dedicated to
bringing together students of native pan-american background and students who
take interest in these cultures.  We hope to expand our knowledge of our Native
identities and actively promote Indigenous views and programming.  We will
organize cultural and social events within and between the Native American
communities of the Greater Boston Area and other communities and
organizations/societies to highlight our identities in hopes of promoting social
change.  This group will identify students, alumni, provosts, deans, staff, and
faculty that will be interested in supporting our cause and work to make Native
American Studies a permanent addition to the BU curricula.  The membership will network within other universities to increase their professional affiliations
and will promote collaborative efforts for the improvement for Native Societies.
